Criminal Law
I have spent the last forty (40) years of my professional life in the courtroom trying criminal cases and representing defendants charged in various types of cases ranging from 1st degree murders (death penalty cases) to DUI's and domestic violence cases with everything else in between.
I started out as a young prosecutor in Ohio trying all kinds of criminal cases to jurors. After learning my trade trying cases i.e. murder, rape, burglaries, etc., I left the job as Assistant Prosecuting Attorney of Franklin County, Ohio, to practice law representing defendants in criminal cases. I have tried many felony cases to jurors and over the years I had been successful in getting the result I wanted (with a not-guilty verdict) or a really good (no-jail term) settlement on the vast majority of cases that I have handled.
Through the years I have prided myself in going to a vast array of criminal seminars and am constantly reading up on books of trial advocacy. It is a constant progression of never ending improvement of learning how I can constantly learn and improve my knowledge. I have been very successful in many cases I have tried. So far I've never lost a defendant to the death chamber. No matter how hopeless a case looks, I can always find a glimmer of hope. I never give up on a case.
My relationship among my peers and the judges here in Nevada is a matter of pride. I am always honest, candid and fair-minded as a lawyer, notwithstanding, I am a fierce and relentless advocate for my client's rights in a criminal case. If you want a lawyer to represent you as your aggressive advocate at reasonable cost, I am your man. Please call me for a free consultation.
