When he stood up to address a judge, or a jury, everyone believed that he was telling the truth. That is why I think I have a reputation for telling the truth not only to my fellow lawyer but to every judge and jury I appear before.

I use the latest technique of Trial Presentation by utilizing video of images of evidence on a screen. This highlights, on a screen to a jury, the specific pieces of evidence in color images.

In some cases I bring in the last expert witness available to present the jury to the defense theory of the case.
