At the Law Office of Andrew S. Wentworth, I engage in a diversified law practice dedicated to providing individuals and families throughout Clark County and Nevada with high quality legal representation and outstanding personal service.

I believe in taking care of those who seek my help and in respecting each person as an individual—not just a 'case'. And, I have been doing so for over 38 years.

Each person I help comes to me with unique needs and concerns. I recognize this, and thoroughly research the law as it applies to the facts of your case. Afterwards, I will help you to set realistic goals and to develop the best possible course of action needed to achieve them. The experience I have, along with the impeccable client service, extensive personal involvement, and hard work that I provide, separates me from other attorneys.

For a cordial and confidential assessment of your legal needs from a dedicated attorney, please contact my law office to schedule a free initial consultation.

In all the areas of my practice, I make a pledge to you that I am always available and I will always return your calls and I'll keep you updated on everything that is happening.
During the course of everyone's lifetime, there comes a time that you or some close friend or family member will be in need of a criminal lawyer.
I modeled my advocacy skills as a trial lawyer after America's president and America's foremost trial lawyer, Abraham Lincoln. If you were accused in a criminal case and you had the following single choices:

                    1) The law on your side
                    2) The facts on your side
                    3) Have Abraham Lincoln as an advocate

Which one would you choose? My guess would be you would want Abraham Lincoln as your advocate. Why? Because Lincoln was known as Honest Abe. When he stood up to address a judge, or a jury, everyone believed that he was telling the truth. That is why I think I have a reputation for telling the truth not only to my fellow lawyer but to every judge and jury I appear before.
