Welcome to our web site. We hope that you will find our site informative and useful. Our goal is to provide the highest quality legal services to you and your business in a timely fashion. We welcome the opportunity to talk with you and to discuss how we may be of service.

I offer to my clients 37 years of trial lawyer experience. For two years I was a felony prosecutor and I practiced in Ohio for 25 years. For the last 10 years I have lived in Las Vegas doing primarily Criminal Law. I have tried over 75 jury trials and more than 1,000 bench trials in my career as a prosecutor and defense attorney.

For six years I taught the law of search and seizure and the Constitution to police recruits at the Southern Nevada Law Enforcement Academy

When clients come to my office, I see them personally and represent them personally throughout the entire process. I do not assign any of my cases to other lawyers.

In the area of Criminal Law I have handled all types of cases ranging from drunk driving to aggravated murder with death penalty specifications

I am currently a member of the Nevada State Bar, the Ohio State Bar, the Nevada Trial Lawyers Association, and the Nevada Association of Criminal Justice Lawyers.

I graduated from the Ohio State University College of Law and the during the first year I was awarded the honor of being the outstanding oralist / advocate in the moot court competition
For three years prior to going to Law School, I served in the U.S. Army as a commissioned officer attaining a secret and top secret clearance

I am listed in "Who's Who in the United States."
