I offer to my clients 37 years of trial lawyer experience. For two years I was a felony prosecutor and I practiced in Ohio for 25 years. For the last 13 years I have lived in Las Vegas doing primarily Criminal Law. I have tried over 75 jury trials and more than 1,000 bench trials in my career as a prosecutor and defense attorney. I practice in the areas of criminal law, personal injury, bankruptcy and social security disability.

• For six years I taught the law of search and seizure and the Constitution to police recruits at the Southern Nevada Law Enforcement Academy

• I graduated from the Ohio State University College of Law and the during the first year I was awarded the honor of being the outstanding oralist / advocate in the moot court competition
  
  
• For three years prior to going to Law School, I served in the U.S. Army as a commissioned officer attaining a secret and top secret clearance
